MINEC plants 350 trees in Maracaibo

8 kilometers from the capital of Zulia will be intervened

A total of 350 curarires and ornamental plants are being planted by 1×10 Good Government brigades, volunteers and personnel from the Ministry of Ecosocialism (MINEC), along eight kilometers of the ring road number 2 in Maracaibo, Zulia state.

“It's eight kilometers from this great avenue, of which we have intervened five with the planting of 350 mostly healing plants to bring color, joy and more life to this beautiful municipality,” said Hernán Toro, Deputy Minister for Environmental Management of the Ecosocialism portfolio.

The work on the important Marabina road artery comes hand in hand with the provisions of the Master Plan for the Rescue, Conservation and Sustainable Development of Lake Maracaibo, with the objective of improving the environment of the city and surrounding areas.
