This Thursday, February 26, the Sectorial Vice President for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reported that the Bolivarian Government “with this delivery, we went from 94 to 106 Quadrants of Peace, throughout the territory of the Barloventeño Axis.”
In this regard, he indicated that the aforementioned Axis received 27 patrols, corresponding to 106 Peace Quadrants and in addition, each Quadrant is given a telephone with communication in the event of an accident, connected to 911; with Civil Protection, with the Firefighters, “it is the attention of our People”.
“We are reaching 433 Peace Quadrants across Miranda State. We have 35 left, since we lack the municipalities of Baruta, Chacao and El Hatillo, which we are also going to serve them, but the priority for us are the popular areas,” he highlighted in the Barlovento Axis in the municipality of Acevedo, in the state of Miranda, where he led the event of the Adaptation of the Peace Quadrants.
The minister said that “in addition, these mayors have money (money), they collect a lot of money in corporate taxes and they have always had, well, how to maintain themselves, in theory. On the other hand, the mayors of the Barlovento Axis and Los Valles del Tuy have to work miracles.”
“These cars are not for the mayor's office, nor for the government, nor for the police. They belong to the People's Power (...) That patrol has to be patrolling the circuits that correspond to it. You can't go the other way,” he stressed.
On the other hand, Minister Cabello emphasized the success of the Peace Quadrants throughout the national territory, an achievement that has made it possible to guarantee peace and tranquility to the Venezuelan people.
“More than 700 patrols have been delivered nationwide, new with their respective motorcycles and cell phones. It's a great effort for peace in the country and it fills us with pride and satisfaction,” he said.
