Minister Cabello: In four months there were no homicides in Los Valles del Tuy

This Friday, February 20, the Minister of Popular Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, stressed that, in the last four months in the sectors of Los Valles del Tuy, in Miranda state, there have been no homicides.

In this sense, during the Adaptation of the Peace Quadrants in Miranda state, Cabello rejected the stigmatization that they have promoted for years on this sector of the country.

“According to official figures, there were four months here that there was not a single homicide,” he said, stressing that living in Los Valles del Tuy is a privilege.

He also highlighted the men and women who live in this sector of the country. “There are working people here; that's why I reject the stigmatization they tried to do,” he said and pointed out that those who promoted these campaigns on Los Valles del Tuy are the same people who generated violence.

“Nowadays Los Valles del Tuy is a territory that has very high levels of security,” he said.
