In the act of adapting the Peace Quadrants in Barlovento of Miranda state, the sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, specified that “little by little we have been covering the entire national territory: every four peace quadrants a patrol and two motorized units”
