Minister Cabello: Peace Quadrant Patrols will collaborate with voters during the 8M popular consultation

Diosdado Cabello Rondón, sectoral vice-president of Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, reported that, as part of the institutional support of the Popular Consultation to be held on March 8 to approve projects for communities, patrol units assigned to communal circuits may be used to transfer voters.

“If these patrols are going to be in the Peace Quadrant and the consultation has to do with the projects of the communes, they can be mobilized there quietly, those vans belong to the People and the People decide how they are going to use it,” he said from Miranda state, during the delivery of patrols for communal circuits.

He also recommended that Community Councils, where motorcycles, patrols, telephones and portable radios are delivered to security agencies, to ask police officers to make an appearance in schools and high schools to familiarize themselves with the student community.
