Minister Cabello: We already have more than 80% of Venezuela with Peace Quadrants

The sectoral vice-president for Politics, Citizen Security and Peace, Diosdado Cabello Rondón, reported that more than 80% of Venezuela has Peace Quadrants, which has directly contributed to the reduction of crime rates throughout the country.

“We already have more than 80% of Venezuela with Peace Quadrants (...) and that has allowed us to lower crimes in Venezuela to extraordinary levels,” he said during his participation in the installation of the National Commission for Criminal Justice Reform, headed by the president in charge Delcy Rodríguez.

The also Minister of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace explained that this system is part of a comprehensive strategy that involves security forces, the People's Power and the judiciary, with the objective of strengthening crime prevention and ensuring greater peace of mind in communities.
