Minister Daniella Cabello explores investments with Spain's port sector

The Ministry of Popular Power for Tourism is promoting new investments with the Spanish port sector, following the meeting held this Tuesday, April 21, between the holder of the portfolio, Daniella Cabello, and the CEO of the Estela Shipping Group, Miguel Arcos, in which the services of this company for the superyacht and cruise segment were evaluated.

During the meeting, Cabello highlighted the importance of strengthening this cooperation to encourage investment and increase inbound tourism from Europe. In addition, it was emphasized that these alliances make it possible to position internationally renowned destinations such as Margarita Island and Los Roques.

For his part, Arcos thanked the invitation and expressed his interest in developing a nautical infrastructure in Venezuela that guarantees high-quality experiences. “We want the entire port community of Spain to come and feel seduced by this wonderful country, which offers exceptional opportunities to strengthen this business,” he said.

The meeting reaffirms the commitment of the Venezuelan State to modernize its tourism and port platform, facilitate the arrival of foreign capital and consolidate the country as a preferred destination in the Caribbean.
