Minister Gil: We will promote robotics and technological integration projects

This Thursday, the Minister of Popular Power for Science and Technology, Yván Gil announced that from Industry Canada “we will promote robotics and technological integration projects as fundamental pillars for the future of Venezuela.”

From his digital channels, he explained that “within the framework of the Venezuela Renace national plan, today our Canaima Industry workers are leading this new era of progress towards full technological sovereignty for the benefit of the people. The efforts of the Bolivarian Government to attract investment to the country translate into the rebirth of all our productive sectors.”

He explained that “with 15 years of experience in manufacturing and assembling computers, laptops, points of sale and other computer and telecommunications equipment (...) Our engineers and scientists will be responsible for modernizing the national technological matrix, building a model industry that guarantees access to new technologies for children and adolescents.”
