Minister Gustavo González López strengthens the Army's Operational Budget at a strategic meeting

In order to consolidate the defense of the Homeland, the Minister of Popular Power for Defense, G/J Gustavo González López, led a strategic working meeting from the General Command of the Bolivarian Army, as part of his schedule of direct supervision of the Military Components of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).

The meeting, announced by the Ministry of Popular Power for Defense (MPPD), on its account on the social network Instagram, specifies that it brought together the General Staff and the Commanders of Superior Units of the capital area, and its central axis was to strengthen, in a general way, the Operational Design of the Terrestrial Component, to guarantee the immediate response capacity and tactical efficiency of the institution.

During the activity, priority was given to measures aimed at ensuring the comprehensive well-being of military and non-military personnel, defined by the high command as the heart of the institution.

In this regard, it was reaffirmed that the morale and social care of the troops are essential elements for national defense.

These actions are carried out in strict compliance with the instructions issued by the President in charge of the Republic and Commander-in-Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), Delcy Rodríguez Gómez, aimed at the protection and dignity of men and women in uniform.

In this way, the Ministry of People's Power for Defense (MPPD) ensures that morale and operability go hand in hand.
