The Minister of Education, Héctor Rodríguez Castro, highlighted the tour of the temporary camp installed at the Rafael Vega Industrial Tactical School in Propatria in the Libertador municipality, Caracas, to verify the housing conditions of people affected by the La Guaira earthquake.

“Today we took a tour of the ETI Rafael Vega Transitional Camp, a space equipped to provide specialized care to patients in the recovery and rehabilitation phase after the recent double earthquake. We have the health, social care and logistics teams to guarantee medical assistance and continuous monitoring for each case, decent and safe spaces for prompt rehabilitation and comprehensive support to families during this transition process. The absolute priority remains the health and peace of mind of our people,” Rodríguez wrote in his Telegram account.
