MIRANDA - TOMÁS LANDER//President Maduro ordered the rehabilitation of the General Hospital of Ocumare del Tuy

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, this Friday, June 28, reported that he ordered the rehabilitation of the General Hospital of Ocumare del Tuy, in the Tomás Lander municipality of Miranda state.

“We're going to put it as a package,” he said.

Other institutions that the Bolivarian Government will address for its recovery, he said, are the Bolivarian University of Venezuela and the Tomás Lander Houses of Missions, “approved immediately.”

The announcement was made by the head of state during a meeting with the people of Ocumare del Tuy, from the Tomás Lander municipality in Miranda state, where the communities reiterated their support for his re-election and in rejection of the United States blockade against the country.

He also noted that “Catholic and evangelical churches should immediately have all the support to recover the establishments and provide them with the equipment for their work.”
