Misión Nevado cares for and benefits pets in Monagas

Around 150 pets were treated during a comprehensive care day that took place in the Las Comunales sector of the Alto de Los Godos parish, in the state of Monagas.

In a press release, Sully Rondón, state coordinator of the Great Venezuela Women's Mission, explained that the activity included the technical deployment of the Nevado Mission, whose specialists offered general veterinary consultation services, rabies vaccination and deworming, aesthetic hygiene (nail cutting and ear cleaning) and recruitment for the regional sterilization plan.

Rondón stressed that this initiative seeks to promote animal rights women and the protection of the ecosystem.

This operation is the starting point of a deployment that will cover the municipalities of the entity, following the guidelines of the National Executive to guarantee a decent life for community and household animals.
