Monagas: Governor Ernesto Luna announced the comprehensive modernization of the Cardiovascular of the East

The Government of Monagas State, Ernesto Luna, announced the comprehensive modernization of the Cardiovascular of the East (CCO) Dr. Miguel Hernández, located in the central hospital of Maturín, where a new hemodynamics center with high-end equipment will be installed.

According to information issued by the Government, the works include the remodeling of Outpatient Consultation, Emergency, Physiotherapy, Hospitalization and Coronary Care, among other services.

Luna stressed that this center is a fundamental pillar for health management in the region, “as demonstrated by the more than 34,500 services provided so far this year.”

“With this comprehensive intervention, we guarantee timely and quality care for people with cardiovascular conditions, pathologies that represent the leading cause of death worldwide, and are therefore a priority for the regional government. I congratulate health professionals for the excellent work they do in this space. Here we are still working for the Monagas that we dream of, for the Monagas of the future,” said Luna.
