The 1x10 structure, after the elections of July 28, must transcend the electoral aspect and become a social care organization to continue in permanent contact with the people, said the first vice-president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello.

“Now our 1x10 must be circumscribed to the state. You can't have on your list one in Mérida, one in Guárico, one in Bolivar, that can't be. The 1x10 has to be landed in the territory where I live,” he highlighted during an organizational meeting with the PSUV machinery in Monagas.

In this regard, he stressed that the heads of organization of the PSUV have to be “annoying” and call people and talk to them to minimize flaws in the party's structure.

“Let's do our homework well and the opposition will have 6 more years of crying,” he said, while refusing to let the right that called for sanctions walk through the streets asking for the vote of that same people they harmed.
