More than 280 thousand citizens have attended the SAIME call for data verification

The Administrative Service for Identification, Migration and Aliens (SAIME) reported that from June 30 to date, more than 280,000 Venezuelans and naturalized nationals attended the entity's different headquarters for data verification.

This service is aimed at Venezuelan and naturalized citizens who reside in the national territory and their Identity Card number ranges from 22 to 32 million, SAIME press reports.

The identification body highlighted that this service continues to operate in the 143 SAIME offices in the national territory without the need to request an appointment.

For the development of this process, Venezuelan citizens must carry a simple copy of their Birth Certificate; for naturalized ones, Certification of Naturalization or Official Gazette.
