In the context of the National Popular Consultation on March 8, the 5,336 communes and communal circuits of Venezuela began a phase of mobilization to consolidate the commitment of the Organized People to the full exercise of their sovereignty.

To actively participate in this process, communities completed a cycle that originates in grassroots meetings, where neighbors identify critical nodes in their environment. Subsequently, projects are applied in strategic areas such as public services, health and roads, which are essential to ensure good living in the territory.

Once the proposals have been submitted, the spokespersons start a community campaign to explain the importance of each project. The exercise of suffrage will be a simple process for all members of the community.

Voters must go to the authorized electoral centers in their respective commune and present their identity card, whether it is expired or current, as the only requirement to validate their will.

Upon reaching the registration desk, the voter will be able to verify the projects proposed in their specific area, which include critical improvements in social infrastructure and basic services designed to transform their immediate reality.

When voting, citizens must mark their preferred option on the ballot with an X, taking care to choose only the project that they consider to be a priority for their sector. Once the proposal has been selected, either physically or following the instructions of the digital system, we proceed to deposit the voucher in the ballot box, sign the ballot paper and print the fingerprint.
