MPPRIJP coordinates security plan for the National Popular Consultation of July 12

The Deputy Minister of Prevention, Public Security and Peace Quadrants, G/D Endes Palencia, led a working videoconference together with the vice-president of the National Electoral Center, Dr. Carlos Quintero, which brought together the coordinators of the regional offices of the CNE and various institutions committed to the Second National Popular Consultation in the country.

During the day, the participation of 5,418 communal circuits and 48,086 communal councils was highlighted, which will be active in 11,412 voting centers and 12,747 polling stations. It is important to note that communal circuits not only facilitate the choice of projects, but they are also essential for the organization of security and the management of government.

He also indicated that the Ministry of People's Power for Internal Relations, Justice and Peace (Mpprijp) will deploy citizen security bodies , the National Risk Management System and the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB), through the Peace Quadrants in full operation before, during and after the event to ensure that this consultation be conducted in peace and quiet.

This videoconference marks a crucial step towards the effective organization of the popular consultation, reaffirming the commitment of the Venezuelan State to citizen participation and security in the country.

These actions are part of the public policy on citizen security of the Great Quadrants of Peace Mission, under the leadership of the Sectorial Vice President for Policy, Citizen Security and Peace, Captain Diosdado Cabello Rondón.
