National Assembly Board of Directors met with U.S. Chargé d'Affaires, Laura Dogu

The board of directors of the National Assembly, headed by the president of the Legislative Branch, Jorge Rodríguez Gómez, received the Chargé d'Affaires of the United States, Laura Dogu at the headquarters of the Venezuelan parliament.
“We received at the Federal Legislative Palace the Chargé d'Affaires of the United States, Laura Dogu, together with the delegation of the Foreign Relations Committee of the U.S. Senate. We maintain a firm agenda of direct dialogue, always based on mutual respect and cooperation between nations. Politics is, and will always be, the instrument for understanding,” the head of the national parliament wrote on his account on the social network Telegram.
The photographs show the head of the Legislative Branch accompanied by the first vice-president and the second vice-president of the National Assembly, deputy Pedro Infante and deputy Grecia Colmenares.
The diplomatic representative of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the United States, Félix Plasencia, also participated in the meeting.
