National Executive highlights exchange of police and military intelligence between Colombia and Venezuela

The president in charge of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, explained that it is essential to promote immediate coordination and better coordination in the exchange of intelligence between the police and military forces of Colombia and Venezuela, to combat drug trafficking and crime in both territories.

“One of the central points of the high-level dialogue addressed exchange and cooperation in the area of Security and Defense, where the ministers of Venezuela and Colombia, Vladimir Padrino López and Pedro Sánchez Suárez, respectively, coordinated strategies to consolidate the exchange of intelligence between the police and military forces of Colombia and Venezuela to protect the more than 2,200 kilometers of shared border,” said the president in charge.
