The sector vice-president of Public Works and Services, engineer Juan José Ramírez, led the working day, which also included the participation of the governor of the entity, Luis Caldera, the commander of the Western Strategic Integral Defense Region (REDI), Major General Javier Enrique Magallanes, together with authorities and technical teams from the National Electric Corporation (Corpoelec) and Petrleos de Venezuela (PDVSA).

The operation included the review of operational studies and logistics plans to ensure the proper functioning of the service in the medium and long term.
