National Government promotes Education Expansion Plan in technical schools in Miranda

The Ministry of Science and Technology (MINCYT), through the National Scientific Seedbeds Program and in conjunction with the Engineering Institute Foundation (FIIIDT), promotes the Plan for the Expansion of Technical Education in the axis of Miranda state.
On this occasion, according to a press release, the electronic students from the Roque Pinto National Industrial Technical School in the Guaicaipura municipality, in the city of Los Teques, toured the different centers of the Engineering Institute to promote productive vocations in their communities close to the institution.
During the tour, the engineers and technicians of the Institute of Engineering explained to the students and teachers the importance of the different centers, including computer security and electronic certification; mechanical engineering and industrial design, electrical engineering and systems, the materials technology center, geomatics and the scanning electron microscopy laboratory.
The activity was attended by the executive president of FIIIDT, Francisco Durán, who welcomed him to the facilities, where they will develop an educational dynamic that promotes engineering from school.
This training will last six months, it is a personalized academic accompaniment by FIIIDT professionals, where students will carry out their internships and present community projects in the scientific field.
The educational institutions that are part of the program for the expansion of technical education are the Cruz Villegas Technical School, in the town of Cúa, belonging to the municipal axis of the Valles del Tuy; also, the Tuy Medio Technical School in the town of Santa Lucía; the Leonardo Infante Technical School in Petare and the Rubén González Technical School located in Guarenas.
At the end of the activity, the Roque Pinto National Industrial Technical School received, from the Engineering Institute Foundation, a wave pendulum and an interactive portable electronic desk Naminá, which in Warao means to know and learn.
