“We have 24 centers active since 6 in the morning, they were installed without any news and we have 26 polling stations, the truth is that the participation has been constant, it has been permanent, an influx that has allowed us to see how people are organizing themselves to carry out their own projects, to accompany the same community to make their projects a reality,” he said.

He stressed that this is an effort of the national government, which “is bearing fruit in more popular organization and is allowing each of the communal circuits, each of the communes to become much stronger every day.”

He said that the inhabitants of the communities are the ones who know the most “what are the deficiencies in terms of public services or in terms of real economic needs (...) it is a significant contribution that is already being transformed”.
