President Delcy Rodríguez visits headquarters of the International Italian-Latin American Organization in Rome

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, visits the headquarters of the International Italian-Latin American Organization (IILA) in Rome, Italy, where she is received by its Secretary General, Giorgio Silli, and authorities of the intergovernmental organization.

Accompanied by a delegation composed of the first vice-minister of the Foreign Ministry, Oliver Blanco, and the Venezuelan ambassador to Italy, María Elena Uzcátegui, the head of state holds this protocol meeting one day after her participation in the FAO World Food Forum.

During the activity, the authorities address the review of development plans, multilateral collaboration mechanisms, cultural and historical ties, as well as opportunities to implement joint socio-economic projects in technical, academic and heritage protection areas.
