President (E) Delcy Rodríguez: A united Latin America is hope for humanity

The President (E) of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, valued the dissertations at the colloquium held in Caracas for the Bicentennial of the Congress of Panama and reiterated the call for the unity of the peoples of the region as conceived by the father of Gran Colombia.

“We participated in the closing of the International Colloquium for the Bicentennial of the Panamanian Amphictyonic Congress, a project that reaffirms the unity of our peoples. Venezuela extends its hand to dialogue, integration and cooperation; convinced that a united Latin America is hope for humanity,” wrote the president in charge on her account of the social network Telegram.
