President (E) Delcy Rodríguez announced the distribution of 30,000 tons of fish during Easter

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, carried out an inspection of the Mar Caribe Group Processing Plant, C.A., in the state of Nueva Esparta, with the objective of strengthening the export of seafood.

“We are here in Nueva Esparta, visiting one of the fish processing plants, which is also an extraordinary export company, for North America, for Asia and good at crossing the markets in the name of southern Venezuela (...) all our marine products that go abroad to show the best of Venezuela,” said the president in charge.

Along with the Minister of Popular Power for Fisheries and Aquaculture, Juan Carlos Loyo, Rodríguez also reviewed production for the Venezuelan fish-eating markets, which will be deployed during the Easter holidays.

“More than a thousand points distributed throughout the country, 30 thousand tons will also be distributed so that the Venezuelan people have access to the protein of the sea. In this Holy Week, in this Major Week of recollection, of spirituality, and also the policies of the Venezuelan state, social food programs are being deployed to accompany our people,” he explained.
