President (E) Delcy Rodríguez appointed M/G Jorge Márquez as the new Minister of Housing

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, announced this Wednesday the appointment of M/G Jorge Márquez Monsalve as the new Minister of Popular Power for Habitat and Housing.

Through his Telegram channel, Rodríguez said that Márquez “will have the responsibility to continue promoting public policies aimed at guaranteeing the right to decent housing for Venezuelans.”

He highlighted that the new minister will also continue to head the Head of the 1x10 System of Good Governance and the Simón Bolívar Monumental Stadium Foundation.

The president in charge expressed her gratitude to GD Raúl Paredes “for his work in conducting this Office”.
