President (E) Delcy Rodríguez: I believe in a feminine vision linked to peace and coexistence

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted this Wednesday the signing of the Agreement for Peace and Integral Development of Venezuelan Women.

Through her social networks, the president in charge highlighted that the instrument was signed during “a historic meeting with women from all political currents in the country, with diverse ideas but united in the same rights and purposes”, in which she heard their proposals, at the Miraflores Palace.

“As a promoter of gender equality and equity, I believe in a feminine vision linked to peace and coexistence,” she added in her message.

In this regard, she recognized what Venezuelan women are from their historical roots, “and we must also be defenders of sovereignty and self-determination,” she said, calling for “union, to heal extremism in politics and for women's faces to be the face of a Venezuela of inclusion and prosperity.”
