The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, visited this Friday the El Maizal Commune, in Lara state, which she extolled as an example for communal construction in the country.
During the tour, Rodríguez recalled that this wreck is part of the legacy of Commander Hugo Chávez, as he commemorates the 13 years since his planting. “Here we are, head on, Commander Chávez, defending this profound process of social, economic and political transformation, which is the Bolivarian Revolution,” he said.
He pointed out that the El Maizal Commune “has become a model, an example for communal construction in Venezuela. And I have seen how they have grown since their inception, I have seen how they have been building with their own hands, because it was the hands of Chávez who gave you land recovered to the large estate that was given to you as an act of social justice.”
“The El Maizal Commune is not only a productive event, the El Maizal Commune, like the country's communes, has a deep background of a political message for our country that must be equality, which must be access to opportunities,” he added.
