President (E) Delcy Rodríguez visited Comuna Guaicamacuto Bicentenario in the Caracas-La Guaira axis

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, paid a visit this Thursday to learn about the organizational experiences in productive, educational, political and social matters of the “Guaicamacuto Bicentenario” Commune of the El Limón neighborhood, of the Libertador municipality of Caracas, of the Caracas-La Guaira axis.

With these activities, the president in charge seeks the transfer of competencies and the consolidation of direct planning with Popular Power as the central axis of territorial management, based on the 7 Transformations of the Homeland Plan, promoted by the constitutional president Nicolás Maduro.

This commune has a population of 13,734 inhabitants and is made up of 5,650 families, who live in 3,680 homes. Among the areas already formed are a food processing plant, a textile factory, 6 health centers, sports fields for healthy recreation, a “Simon Cito” and communal supplies.
