President (E) Rodríguez: La Guaira has been the most affected state with dozens of collapsed buildings

The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, indicated that the entity most affected by the contingency situation generated by the two consecutive earthquakes of great magnitude, was the state of La Guaira.
“I must report that the state most affected, by this unprecedented seismic phenomenon, is the state of La Guaira; there are dozens of collapsed buildings and we are working very hard to rescue the lives that God allows us to save,” said the President in charge of her second public appearance after the earthquakes to give an assessment of the situation.
During his message addressed to the Venezuelan people, he indicated that the phenomenon has left serious consequences in several entities of the national territory, and sent a message of solidarity and condolences to those who have lost family members during the tragedy.
It should be noted that to reinforce these tasks, the president in charge announced that contingents of international rescuers from various allied nations will arrive in the country in the next few hours. These foreign personnel will join the national technical-humanitarian brigades to speed up location operations in collapsed structures and optimize the response to the seismic emergency.
