The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, urged representatives of the Judiciary and “all competent bodies in the matter” to work “in a coordinated manner as Venezuelans” and address the difficulties currently presented by this area.
“Without daily complaints, these are demands and aspirations of Venezuelans who aspire to maintain a relationship of respect with their citizen security agencies for the maintenance of peace, for the maintenance of tranquility, who aspire to go to court and have good treatment,” he said.
In that regard, he pointed out that the National Consultation for Judicial Reform is not only to test academics, specialists, those involved; it is to consult the People about their concept and aspiration of what daily justice is.”
In addition, he added that “access to justice is a human right. So, here what we're dealing with is a consultation on Human Rights.”
