This Wednesday, March 18, in the context of changes in the National Executive, the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that she appointed G/D Henry Navas Rumbos as the new commander of the Presidential Honor Guard.
In his account on the social network Telegram, he specified that “I appointed the GD. Henry Navas Rumbos as the new Commander of the Presidential Honor Guard”.
He assured that this decision is taken “with the firm determination to guarantee the protection of the Head of State, the security of the nation and institutional stability.”
