President in charge Delcy Rodríguez led Business Meeting with the Hydrocarbons Sector

This Friday, February 27, the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, holds a meeting with more than 230 businessmen from the hydrocarbons sector and authorities of Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA), as part of the promotion of the Hydrocarbons Engine, the central axis of the Bolivarian Economic Agenda and a key pillar for the strengthening of national production.

The main objective of this day is the promotion of the Hydrocarbon Engine, an essential component to consolidate the sustained growth of the country's main industry, in defense of energy sovereignty.

The meeting highlighted the approval of the partial reform of the Organic Hydrocarbons Law, in response to the need to modernize the energy sector, attract technological investment and capital, in addition to reactivating production after years of unilateral coercive measures imposed against Venezuela.
