The president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, specified that the country's new labor and social security model must be aimed at avoiding precariousness at work
In a message addressed to the nation, on the night of this Wednesday, April 08, the Head of State in charge explained that “this is something fundamental for which I ask for everyone's collaboration. We must formalize the labor sector, to avoid its precariousness (...) There is precarious working hours, vacations and other rights of workers and we must formalize so that purchasing power, the salary of active workers and the possibility of pensions are preserved for those who have reached the appropriate law to opt for the benefit.”
