This Tuesday, February 17, the President in Charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reaffirmed the vision of a “complete, united and integral” Venezuela, stressing that the country shines like the eight stars that vindicate its history and represent a legitimate and inalienable territory.

“All of Venezuela, the one that shines like the 8 stars that vindicate our history. Each one represents this legitimate territory, an inalienable right. That is the Venezuela that we carry in our soul: complete, united and integral; heir to our liberating glories,” he said through his Telegram channel.

The message was published on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the signing of the Geneva Agreement, which Venezuela recognizes as the only valid and current legal instrument to resolve, through dialogue and peace, the territorial dispute with Guyana.

The Geneva Agreement was signed on February 17, 1966, and it establishes a diplomatic framework for dealing with the fraudulent dispossession committed against Venezuela through the Paris arbitration award of 1899, imposed by foreign powers of an imperial nature.
