President in charge instructs the creation of the Academic Council for Hydrocarbons

This Friday, the president in charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, instructed the creation of the Academic Council for Hydrocarbons.

This was stated at the meeting with representatives of the sector, an opportunity in which he explained that this initiative seeks public and private universities, together with their young professionals, to directly support the Petrleos de Venezuela S.A (PDVSA), Pequiven and PDVSA Gas projects.

In this regard, he pointed out that “the intention is that they accompany this process in the different areas so that they promote national production (...) That is something that we have been working on and I am referring to how we are going to begin to have young professionals who are going to sustain this industry for the future.”
