The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reiterated that the Command Staff of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB) is for the Venezuelan People, which was given to them by the Military High Command upon assuming office as President in charge of the Republic and as Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Venezuela.

“It must be the organized people, who take this Staff and send their plans for their future, who decides the course of our country, it must be the People of Venezuela, no one else, no power in the world, it is the power of the organized people of Venezuela,” he emphasized.

In the state of Lara, where he toured the Socialist Agricultural Commune of El Maizal, within the framework of the Grand Closing of the Campaign of the National Popular Consultation 2026, he recalled that on January 3rd, “the Constitution acted immediately and I am President in Charge because that is what the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela rules and it is my turn now, as I told you.”

“On the day of the presentation to our glorious Bolivarian National Armed Force, I took the Command Cane and here I say it to you in front of this Samán, that baton of command is for the women of Venezuela, it's for the men of Venezuela, it's for the youth of Venezuela,” he reiterated.
