This Wednesday, March 4th, the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reaffirmed that the Bolivarian Government of Venezuela is ready to provide specific agendas through cooperation channels that benefit both the People of the United States and the Venezuelan People.

He said this when he gave a statement to the media outside the Miraflores Palace, at the end of the meeting with the Secretary of the United States Department of the Interior, Doug Burgum.

He stressed that the subject of mining, metallic minerals, strategic and non-strategic minerals were addressed. “Tomorrow we will be reviewing the energy agenda that we had already started with Secretary Wright,” he said.

He also stated that “we have exchanged information on investment flows for Venezuela on new technologies to develop the mining sector.”

“We are very pleased with his visit, and of the delegation that accompanied him, representatives of the White House,” he said.
