The President in Charge of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez, announced this Tuesday from the Miraflores Palace that the National Government has coordinated with the Private Health System to provide care for pathologies and surgeries throughout the country.

It is important that we can provide attention to the health needs of our people, not only in the public health system, I must also inform the population that we are connected with the private health system, precisely treating other pathologies and surgeries that have been performed. Let it be the whole country, let it be the whole of Venezuela, a public health system and a private health system to meet the needs of the people, who are more vulnerable and those who have greater difficulty dealing with health issues,” reiterated the president in charge.

During an act of recognition of Venezuelan doctors in their day, and accompanied by the sectoral vice-president of Science, Technology, Ecosocialism and Health, Isabel Iturria; and the Minister of Popular Power for Health, Nuramy Gutiérrez González, the president stressed that this alliance is to “meet the needs of the most vulnerable people and those who have the greatest difficulty in dealing with their health issues.”

Rodríguez released this information while presenting a balance sheet of the Plan for Health and Life 2026 and the Hemodynamics and Pacemaker Placement Plan, explained by Doctors Nuramy Gutiérrez and Isabel Iturria, respectively.

In the opinion of the President in Charge, this public-private partnership not only focuses on health care, but also seeks to integrate efforts between the different health sectors to offer a more complete and accessible service for the Venezuelan people.
