President-in-Charge reiterates the importance of the Popular Communal Consultation for the welfare of the People

The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, during her visit to the Socialist Commune of El Maizal, in the state of Lara, stressed that in the first National Community Consultation on March 8, the People will realize the productive aspirations, infrastructure or public services of the communities, in a democratic exercise through the vote.

“We are at a particular moment; on Sunday we have an election. On Sunday the Venezuelan people exercise sovereignty, the Venezuelan people choose the right to choose, which is provided for in our Constitution and is the first popular consultation of 2026. I want all Venezuelans, all Venezuelan women to attend, there are 5,336 communal circuits, we are incorporating new circuits towards the goal of 6,000 communal circuits, and that they go and participate, so that what is a need in public services, the product of the criminal blockade that has existed against our country and of what is an aspiration for productive projects, in economic transformation, becomes a selection through the vote of Venezuelans and Venezuelans,” said the president in charge before a popular assembly.
