President-in-Charge reviewed actions to improve water distribution throughout the national territory

This Friday, April 17, the President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, held a working meeting with the Water Team to consolidate lines of action aimed at improving the distribution of this service throughout the national territory.

In a review of the Presidential Press, he points out that at this meeting, held at the Miraflores Palace, the authorities reviewed the consolidation of the recovery and maintenance plan that is being implemented to evaluate the rehabilitation of reservoirs, pumping stations and distribution systems in the country.

In the same way, the formation of the Technical Water Boards is progressing, in which there is an active participation of organized Popular Power that discuss the drinking water service, its responsible use and sanitation.

This meeting was attended by the Sectorial Vice President of Public Works and Services, Juan José Ramírez; the Minister of the Popular Power for Water Care, Carlos Mast Yustiz, as well as the president of the Venezuelan Hydrology Agency (HIDROVEN), Jhonn Alonzo Rodríguez.
