President in charge Rodríguez thanks foreign companies that transfer new technologies to the country

The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, during a meeting with national businessmen in the Hydrocarbons Sector, thanked transnational companies for their willingness to generate technology transfer to the local industry as part of the new Venezuelan oil policy.

“We have heard very interesting things in terms of oil, gas and petrochemistry and new technologies that can accompany these production processes in the country by transnational companies so that the national company can develop them, that there can be technology and process transfer to have a balanced development model where the prosperity of energy development is for the prosperity of the Venezuelan people,” he said from the Miraflores Palace, in Caracas .

He also highlighted the importance of the creation of the two Sovereign Funds where resources from the sale of oil and gas in the country are being accumulated to eventually “be destined for the social happiness of the People of Venezuela and for the harmonious development of the country.”
