President-in-Charge spoke with her counterpart from the United Arab Emirates, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan

The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, reported that she had a telephone contact with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, president of the United Arab Emirates, with whom she discussed various issues.

“Today I spoke on the phone with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, whom I thanked for the visit of his special envoy in the month of January. I conveyed the solidarity of the Venezuelan People and Government, as well as my wishes that the situation can be directed towards a diplomatic solution to achieve a lasting peace. I also expressed my gratitude to him for the donation made to purchase medical equipment,” wrote the president on her account on the social network Telegram.
