President-in-Charge visited the temple of the Divine Shepherdess on a pilgrimage against sanctions

The President in charge of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, visited the Arco de Santa Rosa, in Barquisimeto, Lara State, as well as Catholic basilics and temples, accompanying the parishioners and promoting the “Pilgrimage for Peace for a Venezuela without Sanctions”.

The president in charge participated in religious activities, uniting the parishioners in prayer during their pilgrimage to the church of La Divina Pastora. During the event, the attendees reaffirmed their commitment to national unity and received the blessing of the parish priest of this temple, consolidating this journey as a space of encounter and spirituality for all Larense families.

“We request the end of the blockade against our Homeland, which has done so much damage to the development of our country so that we can rebuild the economic and social fabric that Commander Chávez built together with the Venezuelan people,” he said.

He also stressed that the central objective of this route is to consolidate the National Union to achieve the definitive cessation of unilateral coercive measures, ensuring that every resource obtained after the lifting of the blockade will have as its priority destination the strengthening of public services and the protection of the people.

During her stay in the Santa Rosa sector, she was greeted with artistic and cultural expressions typical of the region, in an environment full of affection and warmth on the part of the people of Larense, who went out of their way to accompany her with music, tradition and closeness.
