During the swearing in of the Bolivarian Integral Base Committee (CBBI) of Miranda state, held in Petare, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro Moros, called for a permanent vigil to be held in the face of the threats being made against Venezuela by imperialism with the complicity of the government of Trinidad and Tobago.

“The People of Trinidad continue to endure the use of their waters and their land to seriously threaten peace in the Caribbean, I only call once again on all the people of the eastern states from the south of Bolivar, Delta Amacuro, Monagas, Sucre in perfect Popular-Military-Police Fusion to establish a vigil and a permanent march in the streets with the Venezuelan flag raised,” he instructed.

The National President noted that this mobilization of the People must be carried out as part of the defense actions and asked them not to fall into provocations.

“I ask all the forces of the Fatherland not to fall into provocations at any time, but to mobilize with patriotic fervor to say: get out of here imperialist military ships! Venezuela is respected! We demand respect for this Homeland of honor, of peace,” he emphasized.
