The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,
Nicolás Maduro, deployed this Tuesday with the town of Cumanacoa, in the
state of Sucre, to confirm his unrestricted support for those affected by the heavy
rains in the town, following the passage of hurricane Beryl.
Megaphone in hand, the Head of State emphasized that “since we saw the rebirth of Tovar, who was left under the stones, as
we saw the rebirth of Tejerías, Cumanacoa will be reborn!”
, stressing that one week after the emergency, the first phase of care has already been completed
He pointed out that “the first thing was to save everything that could be
saved, to do the census, to know the needs, for water,
electricity, food to arrive, for equipment to arrive. Now we are going to clean everything up,
to recover, to rebuild. House by house you have to recover”.
“God gives us hard tests in life, but we are made
for these tests and for more,” said the Venezuelan Dignitary, highlighting the perfect
union between People and Government to overcome difficulties.
