President Maduro orders FONDAS to stop the process of taking machinery away from peasants

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, ordered this Saturday that the Fund for Socialist Agrarian Development (FONDAS) stop the process of taking machinery away from the country's peasants

“Vice President, you immediately call the people who are in the FONDAS and tell me to stop the process of taking the machinery away from the peasants,” was the order given by the First National President to the Executive Vice President, Delcy Rodríguez, during the First National Meeting of Community Members at the Barquisimet Fair Complex in Lara State.

In this regard, he also indicated that they must deliver the machinery to the peasants and community members.

He specified that these actions are carried out due to the complaints that have been received about FONDAS and clarified that “these machines belong to the State for the People”.
