President Maduro reiterated the call to build a New Spirituality based on respect for life

In a recent post on his social networks, President Nicolás Maduro made an emotional call to the nation to move forward in building a New Spirituality and a model of society based on solid values, love for history and trust in the future of the country.

The president began his message by sharing a moving personal experience. He said he had received “fervent and loving greetings” from boys and girls at a shelter located in Pinto Salinas, north of Caracas. Which was transmitted through his granddaughters, including the words of a nine-year-old boy named Leonardo, who, together with his friends, sent “his strength with the certainty that everything will work out”.

President Maduro asserted that this show of affection is the result of years of planting “values, conscience and noble feelings” in the great generation.”

In his message, he said that “fertile planting, miraculous harvest” is the formula for persevering on the path to a renewed society.

Reinforcing his words with biblical quotations, the President recalled the Letter to the Hebrews (Heb 11:1), defining faith as “the certainty of what is expected, the conviction of what is not seen”. He expressed his firm conviction in the capacity of the Venezuelan people to achieve their best and continue to “see miracles in our beloved Homeland”.

Maduro concluded by reiterating his commitment and that of the First Combatant, Cilia Flores, to life and love for the Venezuelan people, “Long live life and love! Blessings!” , he said.
