President Maduro: Sanctions were against producers and workers

The sanctions imposed by imperialism on our country, contrary to what the right wing wanted to believe, have been against the country's businessmen, producers and workers, said the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro.

During his participation in the National Council for Productive Economy, Los Andes region, the Head of State assured that despite these criminal sanctions, the people and producers did not give up, so we have succeeded in moving our economy forward.

“Venezuela did not give up. The producers, the workers, the people, nor I give up. We stand firmly and when we see the indicators of an economic recovery achieved with work, with intelligence, hard work, we have to thank the economic dialogue,” said the First National President from Mérida.

In this regard, he stressed that thanks to this economic dialogue, new economic thinking was built in the country.
