President Maduro sends a letter to the Venezuelan people for the start of Holy Week

Deputy Nicolás Maduro Guerra published on his social networks a letter written by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, from New York, regarding the beginning of Holy Week for Christians, in which he sends a message of peace, unity and reconciliation to the Venezuelan people.

“This Palm Sunday, let's lift up faith and prayer. Let's say with the psalmist: “Lord, give us salvation; Lord, give us prosperity. Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! The Lord is God; he enlightens us.” Order the procession with bouquets (Psalm 118:25-27). May there be national union, reunion between all of us, sincere reconciliation and peace with justice for our country. May God bless Venezuela and may Christ the Redeemer always be with us,” wrote Maduro Guerra, on his Instagram account where he shared his father's letter from the United States, where he remains kidnapped.
